Mindfulness practice is one natural way to bring us back to the present moment. We learn, through meditation how to notice our surroundings and how we really feel in any given moment. The therapeutic nature of living in the moment helps us to experience reduced stress and anxiety and develops our overall sense of well-being.
Mindful Living Mallorca supports developing practice through training programmes; one off events and regular practice sessions.
Mindful Living Mallorca aims to build Mindful Communities where we use our practice in everyday living, mindful walking, driving, eating and more formal meditation practice.
